Session proposals are no longer being accepted for our 2024 conference. A huge thank you to all who have submitted proposals. We will be in touch by February 27th!
We greatly value the contributions and expertise of our members, and we are excited to consider session proposals. The timeline for releasing the call for session proposals, deadline date, and notification is:
All selected session presenters must be registered to attend at minimum one day of the conference, which also pertains to those representing an outside company, exhibitors, and sponsors. If presenters are not registered prior to March 8, 2024, then the session will be canceled and removed from the conference program.

- January 15, 2024: Priority consideration deadline for session proposal submissions
- February 1, 2024: Final deadline for session proposal submissions
- February 27, 2024: Notification of sessions
