We greatly value the contributions and expertise of our members, and we are excited to consider session proposals to be included in our GPACAC 2025 Annual Conference program. The timeline for releasing the call for session proposals, deadline date, and notification is as follows.
All selected session presenters must be registered to attend at least one day of the conference, which also pertains to those representing an outside company, exhibitors, and sponsors. If presenters are not registered prior to March 7, 2025, then the session will be cancelled and removed from the conference program.

- January 17, 2025: Priority consideration deadline for session proposal submissions
- February 3, 2025: Final deadline for session proposal submissions
- February 28, 2025: Notification of sessions
