Session proposals are now closed. While the session proposal submission deadline has passed, if you have a dynamic idea that would bring value to conference, please email Amy McQuade at mcquadea@casady.org to chat about opportunities.
We greatly value the contributions and expertise of our members, and we are excited to consider session proposals. The timeline for releasing the call for session proposals, deadline date, and notification is:
All selected session presenters must be registered to attend at minimum one day of the conference, which also pertains to those representing an outside company, exhibitors, and sponsors. If presenters are not registered prior to March 10, 2023, then the session will be canceled and removed from the conference program.

- January 15, 2023: Priority consideration deadline for session proposal submissions
- February 1, 2023: Final deadline for session proposal submissions
- February 2, 2023: Notification of sessions
