Submit a Session Proposal

Session proposals will be accepted beginning November 1, 2023!  Check back for the submission link and details. 

We greatly value the contributions and expertise of our members, and we are excited to consider session proposals. The timeline for releasing the call for session proposals, deadline date, and notification is:
  • January 15, 2024: Priority consideration deadline for session proposal submissions
  • February 15, 2024: Notification of sessions

All selected session presenters must be registered to attend at minimum one day of the conference, which also pertains to those representing an outside company, exhibitors, and sponsors. If presenters are not registered prior to March 6, 2024, then the session will be canceled and removed from the conference program.
