2025 Exhibitor and Sponsor Opportunities
Thank you for your interest in the 2025 GPACAC Conference, April 9-11, 2025 in Lincoln, NE! This year we anticipate hosting 200+ college admissions and high school professionals from our three state affiliate region. Payment must be submitted at the time of registration.

All Conference Exhibitors will receive the following:
Gold: $2,500
In addition to the base exhibitor package, Gold-level sponsors will receive recognition on the conference mobile app and on the conference website. Gold-level sponsors who register and submit payment before January 17, 2025, will also be highlighted in promotional emails leading up to the conference.
Sponsorship Opportunities:
Silver: $1,750
In addition to the base exhibitor package, Silver-level sponsors will receive recognition on the conference website. Silver-level sponsors who register and submit payment before January 17, 2025, will also be highlighted in promotional emails leading up to the conference.

Bronze: $1,000
In addition to the base exhibitor package, Bronze-level sponsors will receive recognition on the conference website. Bronze-level sponsors who register and submit payment before January 17, 2025, will also be highlighted in promotional emails leading up to the conference.

Institutions sponsoring high school counselor registrations will receive the following:

All Conference Exhibitors will receive the following:
- The choice of one of the following:
- One exhibitor registration with exhibitor space and 8' table (exhibitor spaces is limited) OR
- a regular full-conference registration without exhibitor space
- 10+ hours of exhibit time to connect with conference attendees, network with future and existing clients, and expand your brand awareness.
- A front row seat to a Happy Hour & Card Swap hosted in the exhibitor space to increase engagement and networking opportunities.
- A list of attendees one week prior to conference, and a list of attendees who join any conference educational sessions you host.
- Meals provided throughout, including breakfast & lunch on Thursday and breakfast on Friday. Additionally, all Conference Exhibitors and Sponsors are invited to meals and social events.
- Signage and recognition at Conference, as well as:
- Company Logo on the Conference Website as a Sponsor
- Company Logo on the Conference App as a Sponsor
- Company Logo on the Conference Rolling Slides throughout Conference
