2024 Exhibitor and Sponsor Opportunities
Thank you for your interest in the 2024 GPACAC & MOACAC Conference, April 10-12, 2024 in Kansas City, MO! This year we anticipate hosting 280+ college admissions and high school professionals from a four state region. Exhibitor and Sponsor registration is now closed. Payment must be submitted at the time of registration.

All Conference Exhibitors will receive the following:
Conference Exhibitor Levels
Heart of Gold: $3,500
In addition to the base exhibitor package, Gold-level sponsors will receive recognition on the conference mobile app and on the conference website. Gold-level sponsors who register and submit payment before January 15, 2023, will also be highlighted in promotional emails leading up to conference.
Sponsorship Opportunities:
Heart of Silver: $2,500
In addition to the base exhibitor package, Silver-level sponsors will receive recognition on the conference website. Silver-level sponsors who register and submit payment before January 15, 2023, will also be highlighted in promotional emails leading up to conference.
Sponsorship Opportunities:
Heart of Bronze: $1,000
In addition to the base exhibitor package, Bronze-level sponsors will receive recognition on the conference website. Silver-level sponsors who register and submit payment before January 15, 2023, will also be highlighted in promotional emails leading up to conference.
Sponsorship Opportunities:
Exhibitor/Sponsor Only: $500
Exhibitor and Sponsorship Add-Ons
Additional opportunities can be added to any of the above exhibitor or sponsorship packages. Add-ons can be selected when filling out the registration form.
All Conference Exhibitors will receive the following:
- The choice of one of the following:
- One exhibitor registration with exhibitor space and 8' table (exhibitor spaces is limited) OR
- a regular full-conference registration without exhibitor space
- 10+ hours of exhibit time to connect with conference attendees, network with future and existing clients, and expand your brand awareness.
- A Happy Hour & Card Swap hosted in the exhibitor space to increase engagement and networking opportunities.
- A list of attendees at the conclusion of conference.
- Meals provided throughout, including breakfast & lunch on Thursday and breakfast on Friday.

- Includes an announcement given at the start of the First Timers Session
