Cancellation Policy
- GPACAC & MOACAC will refund the conference registration fee minus a $50 processing fee when written notice is given 30 or more calendar days prior to the event start date.
- No refunds will be given after 30 or fewer calendar days prior to the event start date.
- Transfer of registration to another attendee can be made 7 days prior to the start date.
- Vendors and Exhibitors/Sponsors will not be granted a refund
- COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: If an individual registrant needs to cancel their participation in the 2022 Conference due to personal circumstances, then the same refund policy as outlined above is in effect. If t he in-person conference is cancelled, MOACAC and GPACAC leadership will access and collectively decide a best course of action, announcing the policy to membership if this should arise.
