Submit a Session Proposal

Session proposals are now being accepted.  Submit your proposal here!

We greatly value the contributions and expertise of our members, and we are excited to consider session proposals to be included in our 2026 GPACAC and MOACAC Conference program. The timeline for releasing the call for session proposals, deadline date, and notification is as follows.

• January 16, 2026: Priority consideration deadline for session proposal submissions
• February 2, 2026: Final deadline for session proposal submissions
• February 6, 2026: Notification of sessions

​All selected session presenters must be registered to attend at least one day of the conference, which also pertains to those representing an outside company, exhibitors, and sponsors. If presenters are not registered prior to March 6, 2026, then the session will be cancelled and removed from the conference program.

Helpful Tips + Tricks

• ​Think about the theme of this year's conference - In Perfect Harmony and how the theme applies to our work as well as our challenges.
• The title + description cannot exceed 100 characters.
• Think about what you want people to leave knowing.
• Practice, practice, practice!
• Consider bringing handouts or takeaways.
• Collaborate with colleagues from other institutions or across membership lines. Teaming up with colleagues across our affiliate brings great perspective!
• Consider your target audience. Think about those you are presenting to and consider how it relates to them.
• Bring a backup flash drive with your PPTX on it​.
