In-depth Advocacy Workshop: Join Empower Missouri for an expanded Advocacy workshop, teaching attendees how to share their experience with elected officials. Geared toward state legislatures, these skills can help you advocate for systems change at many levels. Decision makers must hear from the experts, including you. Cost to attend this session is $50. You can either add Pre-Conference to your registration directly, or, if you have already registered, sign-up to join this session here.

Cancellation Policy:
- GPACAC and MOACAC will refund the conference registration fee minus a $50 processing fee when written notice is given 30 or more calendar days prior to the conference start date.
- No refunds will be given after 30 of fewer calendar days to the event start date.
- Transfers of registration to another attendee can be made up to 7 days before the conference start date.
- Vendors and exhibitors/sponsors will not be granted a refund.
- If an individual registrant needs to cancel their participation in the 2026 GPACAC and MOACAC Conference due to personal circumstances, then the same refund policy as outlined above is in effect. If the in-person conference is canceled, GPACAC and MOACAC leadership will assess and decide a best course of action, announcing the policy to membership, if this should arise.
