See below for the 2026 conference pricing structure.
Hotel costs are not included in conference registration prices. You can book your room at the conference hotel using the link provided in your registration confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy:
- GPACAC and MOACAC will refund the conference registration fee minus a $50 processing fee when written notice is given 30 or more calendar days prior to the conference start date.
- No refunds will be given after 30 of fewer calendar days to the event start date.
- Transfers of registration to another attendee can be made up to 7 days before the conference start date.
- Vendors and exhibitors/sponsors will not be granted a refund.
- If an individual registrant needs to cancel their participation in the 2026 GPACAC and MOACAC Conference due to personal circumstances, then the same refund policy as outlined above is in effect. If the in-person conference is canceled, GPACAC and MOACAC leadership will assess and decide a best course of action, announcing the policy to membership, if this should arise.
