Rooms will be available for reservation in our block at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Lincoln from Tuesday, April 8th until Friday, April 11th. Rooms in the hotel block are $145/night, plus tax. If you need to extend your stay or our block shows that it is full, please contact the hotel directly at 402-474-1111.

Parking
There will be a charge of $13.50 for guests’ overnight self-parking; and an hourly charge for your attendees who are not staying at the Hotel complimentary for the first hour, $1.50 each hour thereafter and a maximum charge of $13.50 per day. Valet parking is available for $24.00 per day. (or current rate at the time of event)

The Embassy Suites offers airport shuttle to and from the Lincoln airport. Schedule ahead and call when you land. Takes 15-20 minutes for the hotel to get there. Call 402-474-1111 press 0 and you will be connected to hotel. At the LNK Airport there is a courtesy phone near baggage claim to call hotel for a shuttle.
